About the Event

What is a personal revolution, and why do we need one?

Many of us are searching without knowing exactly what we are looking for. Some of us go on a diet to lose weight and try all kinds of programs and workshops to make ourselves feel better. Or perhaps we throw ourselves into our work and seek wealth and status to fill the void, but underneath, an emotional emptiness remains. No matter how much we try to gloss over that yearning with temporary fixes, it is still there, whispering the truth: that what we need isn't another quick fix, but rather a rebirth - a whole life revolution. This is your chance.

What is involved and who can participate?

The program is suitable for complete beginners through to experienced yoga teachers alike, as it is a unique experience for YOU! The challenge is inspired by Baron Baptiste and includes daily meditations, yoga, journaling and conscious food intake, with an optional 3 day fruit feast in week 4. Our non-member pricing includes unlimited yoga classes for the duration of the challenge.

How will you be supported?

All students will be supported with a weekly face to face meeting, secret facebook group, yoga and meditation podcasts, and weekly emails. The program does invite your commitment, but will reward you with more than words can express. Get onboard and go within, or go without!

Weekly Meeting at HYA Cronulla: Sundays 5:45pm - 6:45pm with Nina Taumberger
