Enjoy experiencing the perfect running form for your body and create more spring in your step and a body free from injury.
During this two hour workshop, you'll learn which asana to focus on in your personal practice to make your running lighter and easier. Take your running to a new level and learn how to harness an effective running cadence/rhythm.
If you are a first-time runner, or out to improve on your most recent personal best, Rachel will show you how to enjoy moving your body with ease.
Rachel Stanley is a physiotherapist, yoga practitioner and yoga teacher trainer. She's the resident physiotherapist at Google's Sydney Head Quarter and has taught the anatomy and physiology component of 200 and 350 hour yoga teacher training programs to hundreds of qualified yoga teachers throughout Sydney. Her 29 year history of linking anatomy to movement has enabled her to create inspiring classes and workshops that enable the yoga practitioner to better understand what they are doing on the yoga mat and how to use that time to create their best self in all areas of their life. Rachel is passionate about helping people to maximise their physical potential, and her enthusiasm for empowering people through an appreciation of their own bodies is infectious.
