About the Event

Fascia is a continuous web of connective tissue that wraps around, runs through and supports every muscle and organ in the body. The tightness and restriction of these tissues resulting from poor posture, stress and sports activity will benefit from a more targeted release rather than long, passive stretches alone.

Myofascial release techniques are designed to facilitate deep tissue relaxation, improve range of motion, enhance circulation, hydrate the tissues and de-stress the body - helping to reduce pain and inflammation and aid in revitalising the body’s own self-healing nature.

This slow therapeutic approach will help the body to function more efficiently, perform better and leave you feeling good from the inside out.

Meet Lulu Campbell

As a remedial massage therapist, Lulu works according to musculoskeletal dysfunctions based on your anatomy and restricted ROM, Lulu will be assisting in correct ball placement and light massage during this practice.

Meet Ying Bean

Ying is a qualified RYT® 500, Yin yoga teacher and experienced Thai massage therapist. Ying will be guiding you through awareness, presence and relaxation through Yin Yoga.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to attend the event, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case, a credit note will be held on your account. We do not offer refunds. Late cancellations and no-shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
